Introduction to payment links

Generate payment links for online or offline flows. You can redirect your user from an online flow, or send it to them with an invoice, sms or email.

How it works?

Feezback is connected to major Israeli banks via open banking APIs.

Based on your payment details, feezback generate a direct link to the banks app/portal for payment approval.

Feezback monitors the payment status and updates you via a webhook service.

When will I see the transfer in my bank account?

Once a transaction is approved, it may be executed immediately (within the same bank) or by the end of the current business day (between differen banks).

Before you start - choose your link type

This choice determines if the user will go through Feezback's user-interface before redirection to the bank for authentication and approval of the transfer.

1. Feezback Link:
   The link will open Feezback's onboarding process where the debtor inputs their bank details, identification, and approves the transfer amount and terms and conditions.

   1. Recommended when

      • You can't collect the debtor account and identification details
      • You don't have supporting UI on your end

2. Seamless Link:
   The debtor enters his bank account and identification details on your app/website (or in case you already have those details saved for the user). You call Feezback with the full payment details and receive a direct link to the bank's app/website for a limited session.

   Recommended when

   • You need a fully embedded solution
   • You have supporting UI on your end.
