Reads user's insights

Endpoint which returns all configured user's insights. If some of the fields (loan,expense,salary etc.) is
missing it means that this insight is not configured in your plan.

ID of the addressed user. Consists of the sub + @ + tpp_id.

In case the request processing took longer than X-Request-Wait milliseconds,
this value will be used for resuming the past request.
